The additional soldier customisation options are available when customising soldiers' appearances in the Armory. The contents of the Resistance Warrior pack are added to the game automatically. In the list of games on the left-hand side of the window, right-click on XCOM 2then select Properties. If you are signed in to Steam, your achievements will be visible to you in-game and also to other players through the Steam application.
